By not appropriate I mean, “the fight or flight mechanism is triggered and there isn’t a lion chasing you. Nobody is pointing a gun to your head. However, we run those chemicals anyway.

It begins to eliminate the negativity in your vibration so we can become more attractive, or more in alignment with what we want. I want to teach you a very cool energy tool. It is called Temporal Tapping.

The left hemisphere of our brains is more critical thinking and prone to questioning… so we bypass the critical thinker by tapping a statement phrased in the negative. Such as… “I’m not anxious anymore about the security of my job”.

Beginning on the left end of your head at the temple. Tap with 3 fingers of your left hand, tap your temple, making your way to behind your ear. Make firm contact and make a bit of a hop around the back of the ear when you find the base of the head. You can create Law of Attraction Relationships right now and increase your level of positive potential!

Tap and speak the sentence with the NO affirmation five times on the Left side and then we’ll do the technique again on the right temple with the positive phrase. “I no longer have anxiety concerning my job security.”

The right hemisphere of your brain is more accepting and willing to “go with it”. You do the same practice, but this time beginning at the right temple and circling the right ear. And say while tapping: “I am a highly valued employee. What I contribute is recognized by my employer.”
