Juegos Trabajo Trabajar | Motivation - The Courage To Quit Your Job
juegos It is a recession apparently - it is worldwide. Doom and gloom fill our TV’s, radios and everyday general banter. We can get through this right? We can keep our nose to the grind stone and do our jobs as well as we can, and we will make it through right?
Maybe not.
I don’t want to disparage anyone’s boss, I have known many great employers in my time and they helped mould me into the man I am today. There is one thing that all bosses have in common though - they have to make money. If they own the company, they need to make money to survive. If they are working for the owner, or a board of directors or even another more senior boss, they have to make sure they are making their superiors money.
trabajo Winston Churchill Quote # 1: “Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm.”
Even from an early age, Churchill knew the importance of perseverance. Success does not always come easy. It may even elude you a few times, but if you stay strong on your course, you’ll soon have it within your grasp.
Of course, it is easy to lose heart in the face of failure. It is easy to throw down the towel and just forget about your goals. But that is precisely what sets a courageous man apart from the crowd.
trabajar There’s a world of possibility available–a much bigger realm than we’ll ever care to realise.
I recently had a reflection regarding how much work is involved in ‘building things.’ It’s truly astounding and many who’ve not travelled the extensively entrepreneurial path may not even be aware. It’s just staggering how many hoops must be jumped through–even on small endeavours.
To achieve a great thing takes a great amount of time and a great journey–nothing significant happens overnight.
And we’d do well to remember this as vessels of good ideas. We think of something amazing that we can do or be involved in and we feed that idea. We fertilise and water it, nurturing it healthily.
What are we building? What legacy are we leaving? What things of true magnitude do we perhaps baulk at, simply because it’s ‘too hard’ or because it’s ‘too much effort?’
Start, continue, resolve, fight, adapt, compromise, establish, grow, renew, commission, improve, finish–celebrate. And then, start again… You can be published without charge. You can to republish this article in your website or blog. Please provide links Active.
