How To Look Taller The Right Way
Let’s face it, genetics play a major role on how you stand, so if you are not gifted with the right genes, you are probably thinking a lot of what ifs. But instead of wondering on how tall you would have become if only you were born with tall parents, why not find ways on how to look taller? Short and fat is not a match made in heaven, in fact being short and fat makes you look shorter. While there is no formal study that will verify the claim that stretching really does make you taller, there are lots of testimonials from real individuals that claim they have actually grown taller after following a stringent stretching exercise program. Others would say that they have grown [two2] inches taller as a result of stretching over the period of months. We cannot disregard the possibility that stretching improves posture that makes them look taller.
The Clothes You Wear
As a general rule, avoid clothes with horizontal lines, checkered and tartan patterns; instead, choose clothes with thin vertical patterns. Avoid clothes that will make you look bulky such as baggy pants and oversized sweaters. Do not wear clothes and pants that divide your body into sections—this will only show your true height and will make you look shorter.
The Shoes That You Wear
Obviously for women, choosing a pair of high-heeled shoes will instantly make you look taller as much as four inches—any height beyond that is still possible but shoes of that height may be impossible to walk on and may make you look ridiculous. For men, try to look for shoes with sole that is at least one and a half inches high for instant height .
