Yoga has also been found to be beneficial in height improving due to the stretching routine it is involved with.

A few basic yoga exercises are available for height improvement purposes.

One is lying down straight and allowing your body to rest comfortably on a padded floor. Being careful and slow, stretch the right foot to the left direction while the left to the right. Placing back both feet to their normal position, you can follow the same steps while releasing by stretching the left foot towards left direction and the right foot towards the right direction.

Another one is to lie down flat with your chest and stomach, and then lay both palms flat on the floor near the hips. Slowly bending the legs from the knees and lifting the legs ups, let the thighs provide support by remaining them on the ground. Reach and raise your legs up by taking your hands backwards. Keeping the torso uplifted, stretch both legs but not too stretched. And then, relax your body carefully.

Spot jumping and forward bending are routines which can be excellent height increase exercise. Raise hands and then bend forward until they touch the floor, all the while keeping the legs spread apart. Return to original position and repeat without breaking the knees. While in spot jumping, you need to close your legs and stand on your toes, and then start jumping for two minutes while both hands are held up in the air.
