Disabled people, whatever their disability, should feel confident enough to search and go for a vacancy the same as non disabled people. Employers should give every prospect a honest chance and should not discriminate against possible candidates, just because of a disability they may have. Employers should not ask you about any disability throughout the course of an interview or at any time in talks until they have offered the vacancy to the right person. The ideal way to manage your disability is to promote that you are as independent as you can be, able to fit in and work in the environment and with team members and that you do not require to be treated differently.
