Learning and using Emotional Tapping can make your life go more smoothly in every area. Tapping therapy is a miraculous tool with the ability to clear even decades-old hurts and wounds.

Similar to what it takes to learn anything new, to get good, you need to study and practice a little.

1.  Argue

Make your tapping fun - argue!  While tapping, give say why you need to stay stuck and why you need to change.  Tap the reasons you should do it and why you shouldn’t.  Your reasons for hating something and your reasons for loving it.

This is a way to give both parts of you a voice.  It can help resolve inner resistance.  It can help you make decisions.  Confusion is often replaced with clarity.

2.  Tap, Don’t Talk

Tapping the meridian points helps energize the body, calm emotions and balance thoughts. Additionally, since all the uncleared issues are always running unconsciously, tapping without words helps resolve those issues. 

Whenever it occurs to you, tap.  No words, no set-up, just tap.  I can’t imagine an easier way to work on your issue.

3.  Say No to Change

Inside all of us is a two-year-old who never grew up.  Let her be heard!  He wants you to listen!  Do EFT tapping while stating your refusal to change. 

Say things like this:  You’ll never make me change.  You can’t make me.  I refuse to do it.  I don’t have to do what you say.  Who do you think you are, anyway?  I’ll never do it.  You can’t tell me what to do.

Try tapping and refusing.  You might be amazed at how much better you feel.

4.  Tap Appreciation

You can improve your vibration, the law of attraction and your joy, by tapping appreciation.  You can tap on all the things you appreciate in your life, the world, your home, your work, the people in your life.  It’s not the thing you appreciate that matters, it’s how you improve your vibe.

5.  Tap a Better Future

Help create a positive future by starting your tapping phrases with “I’m looking forward to…”  Complete that statement by saying things you know are going to happen, things you intend to make happen and things you would love to happen in your future. 

Make this tapping technique a habit and you will feel happier, improve your vibe and help you attract a more abundant life.
